At San Blas Tours PTY we handle your personal data transparently and only to manage your booking and improve our service.
1. What data we collect
When you book or inquire, we collect: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp, pickup hotel, tour date and number of guests. If you message us via WhatsApp or social media, we also keep the content of that conversation.
2. How we use it
To confirm your booking, coordinate pickup, send you your confirmation and communications about your tour, and —only if you opt in— send you the travel guide and occasional offers. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
3. Third-party tools
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate, and advertising pixels to measure campaigns. These tools may use cookies. Card payments are processed by secure external payment gateways; we never store your full card details.
4. Retention and security
We keep your booking data for as long as needed to manage the service and meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable security measures to protect it.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving communications, by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. We will handle your request promptly.
