Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want you to book with peace of mind. This is our cancellation policy — clear, with no fine print.
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before
If you cancel 72 hours or more before your tour date, we refund 100% of your deposit — or, if you prefer, we apply it to a new date at no cost.
Within the 72 hours before the tour
The deposit is non-refundable, because by then we have already reserved your spot in the 4x4 and on the boat. Even so, if you let us know, we'll do our best to reschedule you subject to availability.
If we cancel
Tours are only canceled for genuine safety reasons (exceptional sea or weather conditions, or decisions by the Guna authorities). In that case, you choose: reschedule at no cost or receive 100% of what you paid.
No-show
If you are not at the pickup point at the agreed time and we cannot reach you, it is considered a no-show and the deposit is non-refundable.
Route changes on tour day
Changes to the islands or the order of the route due to weather, sea conditions or comarca decisions are not grounds for a refund: the captain and the guide make the final call and replace stops with equivalent alternatives (see Terms & Conditions).
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp with your name and booking reference. Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the deposit, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
